“I ran 6 marathons, each time trying to break the 4-hour mark. Knowing how disciplined David was, I asked him to help me in my 7th attempt. After thoroughly analyzing all of my running data, he came up with a pacing plan for each individual mile, and agreed to pace me. we ran 25 miles at an extremely consistent pace, and then because of how he had paced me, I had enough left in the tank to run my last 1.2 miles a full 1.5 minutes faster than my previous 25. Net result: 3:54. David is a master of getting people to hit goals!”
